Yes. We regularly work with shopfitters, builders and project managers on individual stores, retail fit-outs, multi-site projects and signage rollouts. We can coordinate production and installation according to the project schedule and site requirements.

U Signs is based in South Granville and primarily services Sydney and surrounding areas. Signage production and freight can also be arranged for customers in other parts of Australia. Installation availability is confirmed according to the location and project scope.

Print-ready vector files are preferred for logos, lettering and large-format signage. Suitable formats include PDF, AI and EPS, with fonts converted to outlines and linked images embedded. High-resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files may also be accepted depending on the final size. Please see our Artwork Guidelines for full details.

Limited artwork assistance is available in connection with signage and printing orders, subject to availability. Design work is quoted according to the complexity, condition of the supplied files and time required. We do not provide standalone branding, logo design or unlimited revisions.

Please provide the required dimensions, quantity, installation location, site photographs, preferred materials or finishes, artwork files and required completion date. The more information you provide, the more accurately we can assess the project and prepare your quotation.

Production time depends on the product, quantity, materials, artwork approval and current workload. An estimated timeframe will be provided with your quotation or order confirmation. Please advise us before ordering if your project has a fixed deadline.

Yes. Where artwork approval is required, a final proof will be supplied for checking. Production will begin only after the proof has been approved in writing. Customers are responsible for checking all wording, dimensions, colours and layout before approval.

Yes. Completed orders can be collected from our South Granville workshop by prior arrangement. Local delivery and third-party freight are also available. Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, packaging, destination and access requirements. Please see our Shipping & Packaging page for further information.

Installation is available for suitable signage projects. Installation requirements and pricing depend on the sign type, location, access, mounting surface and any equipment required. Please provide site photographs and location details when requesting a quotation.

Unless otherwise stated, advertised prices are shown excluding GST. Delivery, special packaging and installation are not included unless they are specifically listed in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

Urgent production or delivery may be available depending on materials, capacity and freight arrangements. Please contact us before placing the order. Priority production and express delivery may incur additional charges.
