U SIGNS RETURN POLICY

Our Aim is to provide fantastic services to our customers with products that meet their specifications and expectations described on our website.

As all of our signages are custom printed and manufactured before Artwork get approved from our customer. So, it is extremely important that you choose the product and check your artwork thoroughly
Please select product carefully and check your order thoroughly before proceeding, as you are not eligible for replacement or refund that you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

As it is known that color will be displayed and printed differently on different computer screens, mobile screens, different printers and materials. So if color is so important to you, please use Pantone (PMS) color before approving the artwork, We try our best to achieve the closest color matching. Color Claim is not included in our warranty.

U SIGNS are not liable for any products that are damaged or defective by delivery, unless the customer notifies us in writing by email within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery.
please check the order once you receive it, and make sure that all the components and spare parts you have ordered are included.
Please carefully inspect all the products that you have purchased.
Any products are found defective within the warranty period, photos and descriptions must clearly show the product, where and how the product installed. And submitted in writing to info@usigns.com.au. We will make every effort to reach a quick and mutually agreed solution.

In contrast, if no clear photos and descriptions without specific details of how the product present and installed, we have the right to refuse the claim.

When a warranty issue notified, and photos with description received from customer. U SIGNS will:
1. If we are informed within 10(ten) business days of goods being received by customer.
a) The goods return to us at customer cost., we will repair and send them back at no cost of customer.
b) If we request a return, we will arrange the return, repair or exchange and send them back with no cost of customer.
2. If informs us later than 10 business days of the goods being received by customer. U SINGS has the right to refuse the claim
U SIGNS will not take any responsibility for work done by third party(s). After installation done by third party(s), U SIGNS may not be able to accept claims for the goods.
U SIGNS will not guarantee any materials used or installed that do not meet the recommended usage guidelines. If a comprehensive on-site inspection has not been carried out and the customer has provided extensive requirements instructions, U SIGNS will not be held liable for product failure.

In a warranty claim, U SIGNS liability will be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the item. U SIGNS is not responsible for any related costs incurred by the customer as a result of the warranty claim. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of signage installations that are the subject of warranty claims. It is critical that all signs are carefully inspected when they are received-they must be approved or rejected by the customer before they can arrange installation.
Custom printed products are not refundable.
