U Signs offers collection, local delivery and freight services for signage, printing products and hardware orders.

Shipping charges are not included unless they are clearly shown in your quotation, invoice or online order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the order, packaging requirements, delivery location and site access.

Eligible online products may display a flat-rate shipping option. Bulky, oversized, fragile or custom-made products, as well as deliveries to regional or remote areas, may require a separate freight quotation.

Quoted shipping prices are for delivery to one address unless otherwise stated.

Processing and Dispatch

Stocked products without custom printing are generally prepared for dispatch after payment has been received.

Production of customised or printed products will begin after payment and final artwork approval. Estimated production and dispatch times will be provided with your quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific arrangement has been confirmed in writing. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and available options.

Delivery

Orders may be delivered by U Signs or a third-party freight provider. Tracking information will be supplied where available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact details and any relevant access instructions.

For panels, crates, pallets and other bulky orders, the customer must ensure that suitable access and assistance are available for unloading. Additional charges may apply for tailgate service, forklift requirements, waiting time, redelivery or difficult site access.

Urgent Delivery

Urgent or time-specific delivery must be requested before the order is confirmed. Express freight is subject to availability and additional charges.

Collection

Customers may collect completed orders from our South Granville workshop by prior arrangement. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attending.

Packaging

Orders are packed using materials suitable for normal handling and transport. Special crates, reinforced packaging or other project-specific packaging may incur additional charges, which will be advised before dispatch.

Damage or Delivery Problems

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact U Signs promptly with your order details and photographs so that we can investigate and assist.
